Last updated: [July 6, 2026]

By using Burner Email you agree to these terms.

The service
Burner Email provides free, receive-only, temporary email addresses that expire after 24 hours. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee delivery of any message, availability of the service, or retention of any data.

Acceptable use
You may not use this service to:
- break the law or help anyone else break the law;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others;
- create accounts or send messages in violation of another service's terms where doing so causes harm;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to this service or others.

We may block addresses, IP ranges, or usage patterns at our discretion to protect the service and others.

No liability
Messages self-destruct after 24 hours. You are responsible for saving anything you need before it expires. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including lost messages or blocked deliverability.

Changes
These terms may change; the current version is always at this page.
